Allocate the collector users to your workflow(s)

Only those collector users who are allocated to an active workflow will have access to the linked workbook(s):

There are two status:

• OPEN = the user has READ and WRITE access
• FINISHED = the user has READ only access

The workflow users are initially defined with status OPEN and during the data collection they change their status themselves to FINISHED. If necessary, some collector users can be re-opened by the power user(s).
