If you get an invitation from a so-called "Collection Manager" then you'll see those private applications on your personal landing page after logging into the data1.io Web Client:
Basically everything works the same way as shown in the public showcase. The difference is the collection workflow component in the pane on the right and the Finish button at the bottom of the pane:
After you have finished your data entry click the Finish button and confirm the dialog box with Yes:
