Test the public ODATA feed of the data1.io Cloud Service

Use the ODATA feed of the data1.io Cloud Service to connect your dashboarding, reporting and analysis systems online with the data collected in data1.io. We recommend to use the ODATA feed instead of exporting all the data to CSV.

Of course, as a customer with an ENTERPRISE Plan you have your secure private ODATA feed for your individual data1.io applications.

Connect with Power BI Desktop

In Power BI Desktop use Get Data -> ODATA feed to start the ODATA connector:

Please note that the ODATA Connector in Power BI got a large update in the June 2018 Release, already existing Power BI Solutions using ODATA have to be manually updated (read more ...)

Connect with Excel

Starting in Excel 2016 the Query-Functionality from Power BI Desktop is already included in every version of Excel, in Excel 2010 and Excel 2013 the (free) Add-In Power Query has to be installed. In Excel 2016 use Data -> Get Data -> From Other Sources -> From ODATA Feed to start the ODATA connector:
