Send the INVITATION e-mails

You can use INVITATION e-mails to inform your collector users about the start of a (new) workflow.

The most important

  • The INVITATION e-mail should not be sent earlier than the "Write Allowed From" datetime since your collector users would not be able to connect to the application.

  • The INVITATION e-mail is a precondition to send the REMINDER and COMPLETED / NOT COMPLETED workflow e-mails.

How to do

The INVITATION e-mails are sent immediately after pressing the button "Send Invitation E-Mails now!" by the Organizer of a workflow:

Please note that the INVITATION e-mails are sent immediately every time you press the button - so you are able to send an update e-mail if you made a mistake in the initial mail.

You can always check which workflow e-mails were actually sent with the workflow e-mail journal.
