In this section you define ALL the users that can (ever) take part in one of the collection workflows of this application:
- The main information is the e-Mail adress of your users (from inside or outside your own organization)
- The other 3 parameters are without a choice and are necessary for technical reasons
Please be aware that at this stage every user gets the userright "Read / Write", the userrights can be restricted in the next steps.
