In this section you define ALL the users that can (ever) take part in one of the collection workflows of this application:
- The main information is the e-Mail adress of your users (from inside or outside your own organization)
- The other 3 parameters are without a choice and are necessary for technical reasons
Please be aware that at this stage every user gets the userright "Read / Write", the userrights can be restricted in the next steps.
We recommend to use the Upload from Excel function also here in this section to bring the list of your users efficiently into the systems:
